community-based family services - provide family strengthening, intensive in-home, therapeutic foster care, and juvenile risk reduction intervention services to children and families involved in child welfare and juvenile justice systems. The department also includes an innovative primary care/behavioral health integration program, and practice innovation project initiatives.
