Mission: It is the mission of westminster services for the elderly, inc. To provide elderly persons and/or handicapped persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their physical, mental, social, and psychogical needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness all on a non-profit basis.
Programs: The sole purpose is to provide subsidized low-income apartment rental housing for elderly persons through the u. S. Department of hud sections 202 and 8 programs.
