Programs: The goal of the wednesday's children foundation, inc. (wcf) is to provide opportunities and life enrichment to children in foster care throughout the state of oregon. The foundation will accept requests from foster parents and services for families and children case workers for funds not provided by the state for positive, motivational experiences such as, but not limited to, instruction in music, art, dance, and horseback riding, as well as specialized camps, sports activities and special education opportunities.
