Mission: We make our mark by helping women already at the top, to transcend even further. Our programs connect, develop, and advocate for entrepreneurs and senior executive women.
Programs: Watermark creates opportunities for women to serve on non-profit, private and public boards. Changing the complexion in the boardroom, as research suggests, will lead to stronger organizational performance. We do this through the watermark institute which creates and delivers groundbreaking programs designed to assist women in advancing their presence in business management, the c-suite, and on boards. The watermark institute leverages proven concepts from watermark such as; access, networking, sponsorship, and connections that lead women to their goals. The watermark institute board access program combines these elements with resources to equip exceptional women leaders to secure their place in the boardroom. The institute also provides development programs that support emerging women leaders in advancing their careers and being more effective in achieving their goals.
