Causes: Environment, Recycling
Mission: Our mission aims to advance public awareness about environmental health issues in order to effect an environmentally conscious, engaged, and healthy society. To meet our mission, we offer public learning opportunities through various forms of education. In addition, we facilitate environmental stewardship by community involvement and best practices that support a healthy environment
Results: Our greatest impact is education. We deliver education through multiple formats. The impact of our work is vivid through an innovative education service, Environmental Learning Theatre. Environmental Learning Theatre is an education program and has reached over 900 K-3 students in the City of Atlanta since its inception in 2018. The program has delivered learning to students regarding significant environmental concerns, and challenges students to think about their role in the environment.
