VR kids is a wonderful organization. I have personally donated and volunteered with this nonprofit. Highly impressed with the staff the runs the organization; all members have full time jobs but make time to help kids whenever they can. Seems like quite the labor of love to help kids and that’s fantastic. It’s a small group, but it would be wonderful to see VR Kids grow, not just within Las Vegas but stateside as well. Keep up the good work VR Kids, continue helping children smile!

I'm a student at UNLV in computer science and was looking for ways to use technology to help children who need it the most. RJ and his team were great in welcoming me and gave me a great idea of what we're doing and why. The reactions of the kids says it all. They need a break and they are incredibly brave. This helps them forget their pain for a few minutes.

Having volunteered for VR Kids, Ive learned a lot about the benefits of using virtual reality for children in hospitals. The use of VR reduces anxiety for children who are getting medical treatment, as hospitalization can be a bit unsettling for them. This is def a positive for these kids because VR helps to deflect from any type of pain or discomfort that they may be feeling. The VR Kids staff knows this and strives in helping to promote the overall well-being and health for these children. The non-profit rocks!

I volunteer with VR Kids, and it is amazing to see the smiles from kids and their entire families when we visit them and when they experience virtual reality. I love that this is a free experience and that the organization is made up of 100% volunteers. Every dollar donated to the organization goes directly to helping make more children smile!
