Mission: The mission of the vista grande public library is to provide the residents of the area communities with free and equal access to resources, materials, and services that encourage and support their educational, cultural, recreational, intellectual, and informational interests. The library seeks to stimulate life-long learning in an environment that fosters community interaction.
Programs: General library operations - all of the plant and equipment of vgpl exists for the benefit of the general public. The library director and two assistants are compensated; all other work is done by volunteers.
