Mission: The vision institute of south carolina, inc. Was founded to provide specialized, exemplary services to promote achievement and independence for people who are visually impaired or blind.
Programs: Tvi focuses on making life better for individuals and programs serving all ages with sensory disabilities. We work with seniors at home and in assisted living facilities, families of infants and toddlers and students in public and private prek-12 programs.
