Mission: Develop & provide affordable housing for the elderly taking advantage of the various government programs enacted to assist in their goal.
Programs: Vintage housing, inc. (vhi) develops safe, attractive, affordable housing for seniors in an environment that sustains independence and supports residents as they age. Seventeen apartment communities in tulsa (4), jenks, sapulpa, bristow, skiatook, coweta, broken arrow (3), bixby, collinsville, glenpool, owasso, and sand springs are designed for the active senior, age 62 and older, living on a limited income. Vhi is the general partner of ten housing partnerships which were organized to develop and operate senior independent living apartment complexes and the full owner of seven housing projects, five of which are held in separate llcs. Heritage landing and kenosha landing are divisions of vhi. The five separate llcs operate under the dbas of carriage crossing, country oaks, hickory crossing, pioneer village, and vandever house.
