Mission: Founded in 1989, the Vikramasila Foundation seeks to preserve Tibetan culture and to share the vast resources and spirituality of Tibetan Buddhism with interested individuals in the New York and New Jersey areas. The Foundation is headed by the Venerable Lama Pema Wangdak, a Tibetan monk who has been teaching in the United States for 20 years.
