Mission: Vigilant hope is a modern missions organization with the purpose to educate and equip the body of christ to reach into the community with the hope of the gospel through urban outreach, relief ministry and educational programs.
Programs: Port city project:an urban mission experience in the heart of wilmington nc designed to love and serve the poor and to challenge you to do the same. In this week long experience, we feed the hungry, serve the homeless and restore dignity to the urban community through home repair and beautification projects.
walking togetheris a weekly meal for the homeless and low income families that we use as a vessel to feed hungry people, make a relationship and see how we can properly help them.
poverty simulation:through our experiential learning poverty simulations, you can learn first hand the effects of poverty on the world around you. Participants experience real life situations that people in poverty live out on a regular basis. Learn more about global, national, and even local issues that are affecting more of us than ever before.
