I was lucky enough to spend my professional internship with this organization. The staff is friendly, passionate, dedicated and absolutely wonderful! I not only spent 450 hours volunteering as an intern, I have also donated to the organization financially and hope to continue volunteering and helping financially when possible. The hard work that this organization does can be seen in their successes of assisting veterans gaining employment. This is an organization that gives back to the men and women that have served our country, you can give back to by volunteering or donating to Veterans Green Jobs or the Go Green Warehouse.
A wonderful organization with a great mission. I've taken the whole tour of the operation and have no doubts my money is being put to a great use in helping our nations veterans. I've met some of the veterans who've come out of programs provided by this organization of greatness. Veterans Green Jobs is making history in the arena of social justice for our United States military veterans, we owe it to them. I now attend all events Veterans Green Jobs is involved with and it's always a pleasure to meet these outstanding employees and volunteers who believe in their mission. Outstanding leadership keeps this tight ship running. Thank you for all you do and most of all, THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR CONTINUED SERVICE.
This organization has suffered from disorganization, poor leadership, mis-allocating funds, discrimination and misleading the public. I have no doubt Veterans Green Jobs will fail, and it's too bad as the mission is an important one. However, putting any money into this organization is equivalent to throwing your money in the trash. Seek out other organizations helping military veterans, there are many.

Thank you for your post about Veterans Green Jobs. As a nonprofit, we’re dedicated to serving veterans, ensuring responsible use of funds, and maximizing our limited resources at all times. As with many young nonprofit organizations, we’ve experienced growing pains as well as setbacks as we work to build an infrastructure that helps us achieve our mission. Together with the help of our board and staff, and the cooperation of our partners, we are earnestly working to meet our goal of placing veterans into meaningful career paths; internally, all hands are on deck to make this happen for at least 300 veterans by mid next year. Veterans Green Jobs is dedicated to transparency in all that we do and we receive an independent financial audit each year. Our annual reports and 990s are open to the public and we would be happy to provide copies to anyone in the the public or funding community that may have concerns.
