Mission: Operate a cutting edge resource recovery & training park while educating, training, and
Programs: Recycling: opportunities to recycle provided for a community of 110,000 people. We provide a five day a week drop off; recycling collection at the alaska state fair grounds, the mat-su home show and other events; and process and transport materials to market.
education and outreach: we conduct a wide range of education and outreach. Field trips, presentations, website, newsletters, videos, curriculum kits, one-on-one outreach at retail stores and other public venues, presence at community events, alaska state fair booth, and use of earned media to raise awareness about recylcing opportunities.
