Mission: Renders confidential assistance to members of the utah state bar
Programs: Assist attorneys whose professional performance was impaired by mental illness, substance abuse or any other debilitating condition. Protects the public and improves the integrity of the legal profession by preventing future disciplinary actions against members of the bar. Presents 1 seminar per year to educate members of the bar about the causes and remedies for the impaired attorneys and to reduce stigmas associated with those problems
