Causes: Crime & Law
Mission: Foster the expertise of defense lawyers
Programs: Provided continuing education seminars to the practicing criminal defense lawyers. Seminars included annual seminars, capital seminar, dui seminar, ethics seminar. A portion of the payroll expense has been allocated to this line since all seminars are arranged and handled by the executive director.
professional advocacy: committees established by members of uacdl to train & lobby for protecting criminal constitutional rights.
member outreach: education materials also provided to memebers through website, newsletter, and brochures.
