Programs: Upper chesapeake medical services, inc. Houses the activity of bariatric surgeons and hospitalists. These physicians treat exclusively upper chesapeake health system patients. Physicians charge reasonable rates for their services in order to ensure that these services are widely available to the community. All bariatric patients are patients of upper chesapeake medical center or harford memorial hospital, and accordingly, are provided charity care to the same extent that it is available under the hospital's charity care policy.
