Causes: Crime & Law, Rehabilitation Services for Offenders
Mission: Unloop enables people who have been in prison to succeed in careers in tech. The organization provides education and re-entry support services for currently and formerly incarcerated individuals.
Programs: Unloop provided stem educational programs to 55 currently incarcerated students, provided re-entry support services for 4 students releasing from prison, engaged 18 employers to connect formerly incarcerated students to employment opportunities, and compiled a list of 163 re-entry resources which it publicly shared with the washington state re-entry council.
