Mission: The purpose of the corporation is to publish, teach and otherwise promote the scientific and philosophical concepts of walter and lao russell, and other members of the twilight club, which included herbert spencer, edwin markham, and alexis carrell.
Programs: The university provides an education in the teachings of science and philosophy of the twilight club consisting of home study courses, conferences and publication of books and booklets and relating to the study of universal law, natural science and the living philosophy of walter and lao russell. The university sells each year approximately 200 home study courses,fulfills 1,000 orders for books and booklets resulting in shipments of approximately 6,600 books and receives phone calls and written correspondence from approximately 1,000 persons interested in learning more about the university curriculum and its offerings. The university maintains a website which receives approximately 30,000 visitors from 150 countries or territories yearly with 84,000 page views yearly.
