Programs: United way campaign-funds are disbursed to sixty-nine united way certified agencies and other unaffiliated 501(c)(3) organizations for their various programs to provide human needs services to the community. These funds are invested wisely into programs whose outcomes best serve the most pressing needs, programs that are working to end homelessness and provide a safety net for families and individuals in crisis situations, raise healthy and prepared children, support strong families and provide individuals with health care and address the special needs of the elderly, disabled and ill.
