Mission: Genesis family health is a faith-based ministry strengthening communities by providing quality, comprehensive health and wellness services.
Programs: Genesis family health (gfh) strives to provide access to quality care for everyone through the operation of federally qualified health centers and care centers across southwest kansas. 10,012 patients received care through 26,573 clinical and/or enabling service encounters in 2016. Medical clinics located in garden city, dodge city, liberal and ulysses, kan. , provide treatment of illness and injury, wellness and preventative care, immunizations and tb testing, prenatal care, health education, routine laboratory/radiology and behavioral health.
