I volunteer with Courtney Hobson's rescue Under the Angels Wings Rescue, and from what I've seen she is top notch. One of the things that impresses me most with Courtney is her thorough knowledge about the different animal sicknesses and her purely natural way of treating it. She pulled one of her dogs, a 3 1/2 yo chi mix, Petey minutes before he was scheduled to be put too sleep, due to the number of violent seizures he was having. Courtney has always had a heart for the sick and the elderly dogs, the throw aways no one wants, and pulled him last minute, and got him to the vet for bloodwork. When bloodwork came back, what the vet called normal, Courtney looked at and said no I don't agree. She looked at the bloodwork and started treating him holistically with different supplements which she felt he was missing or low in. As a result, he's been seizure free for quite some time now. That's due to Courtney's due diligence. She cares, and it shows, and again only one of the things I love about working with Courtney and her rescue.
