Causes: Microfinance, Small Business Development
Mission: The corporation will primarily focus on economic development to include affordable housing development, job creation, entrepreneurial support, training, development of economic infrastructure, such as low-interest loans, credit union services, and partnerships in non-profit.
Programs: The calendar year of 2017, saw two rivers cdc successfully complete our second program year of hosting the native procurement technical assistance center and commence onto the third year. Within that calendar year two rivers cdc staff provided over 1100 hours of free business counseling to approximately 300 native owned businesses. Two rivers cdc hosted or participated in over 115 events, to include person and online workshops, and conferences throughout the us. Two rivers cdc maintained staff in everett, wa and anchorage, ak, and traveled extensively to native communities throughout wa, or, id and ak.
