Mission: Twenty first century foundation is a non profit organization incorporated in the state of delaware on april 1, 1970, domiciled in the state of new york. The foundation was a national foundation and public charity that made grants to advance african-american community revitalization and youth development. After losing most of its support in recent years, at a meeting held on october 28, 2011, the directors of the organization approved a proposed plan of complete liquidation and dissolution to be effective as of november 30, 2011.
