Mission: To provide residential treatment and a transitional environment to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Programs: Turtle creek manor has provided services to adults 18 or older with mental and/or substance abuse disorders for over 30 years. The program serves primarily the indigent; 65% of clients are homeless. Most clients are self-referred. Other clients are referred by hospitals, other treatment programs, and private therapists. Within an integrated system of service delivery, tcm provides 24-hour supervised residential treatment, structured out-patient services, psychiatric medication services, employment services, housing assistance services, and an art program.
