Causes: Health, Rehabilitative Care
Mission: Provide physical, occupational and speech therapy in an education model to children with special needs. Also to provide speech and hearing therapy to persons of all ages. Helping people lead fuller lives.
Programs: Physical, occupational and speech therapy - we provide professional therapy to children and students (from infants up to the age of 19), at both the turn center facility and also on-site at schools throughout the amarillo area. During 2012 approximately 950 children and students recieved professional therapy from the turn center.
speech and hearing services - we provide professional speech and hearing services, including sign language interpretation for the deaf at our operation named the panhandle council for the deaf. During 2012 approximately 100 individuals received speech and hearing services from the turn center.
