Programs: Trinity continuing care services (tccs) (d/b/a trinity senior living communities) based in livonia, mi is a leading advocate of the holistic, individual-first brand of senior care. Tccs encourages fellowship and independence while serving seniors and their families with dignity and respect. Tccs residents are valued and empowered to make decisions that affect their lives. Tccs owns and operates a total of 27 long term care centers and senior housing communities of which 26 are located in the state of michigan and 1 is located in iowa. The 27 communities feature 376 independent living units, 869 assisted living units and 1056 beds for long term nursing care and short term rehabilitation care.
