Mission: The center is a locally-based nonprofit serving tri-valley communities (dublin, livermore, pleasanton, san ramon, and danville) offering clients unbiased information to guide them through the complex process of home-seeking, home-buying, or saving the home they own. The center is a dynamic organization focused on strengthening the financial well-being of its clients. It doesn't represent any particular city, developer, financial or real-estate entity, but instead builds local partnerships with these key institutions.
Programs: To provide housing opportunities and other assistance to low income individuals inthe community. Tvhoc provides financial literacy education, home-buyer education andpost-purchase education.
