Programs: Incorporated to provide rental housing and related facilities for occupancy and use by low income persons under section 236 of the national housing act. The project is regulated by hud. Rental of 213 units to approximately 160 residents. The life to years program offers seminars on a wide variety of topics including identity theft, scams, legal needs, and health issues. Twice a year there is a celebration seminar for residents who have reached the life to years program benchmarks.
