Programs: Touch baja reaches out to the poor of baja california as a demonstration of the love of jesus christ assisting with needs such as birth certificates, clothing, food and medicines. (1100 families)
in 2010 we began a new church plant in a new community called villa del prado. It is a large community without a church. The church is slowly growing and establishing a strong foundation. The church now has a building and is no longer in the tent. The church is in a working on expanding the small building on the property. In 2016 the church more that doubled in size. In 2017 we continued the construction of the church. (200 attendees)
several years ago we started two schools, one in the xochimilco church and another at the leandro valle church. They are government sponsored and ran by our youth department. The school teaches k-6 grades. This year we started a school in the santa fe church, k-12. (100 participants)
touch baja and the churches that we have planted have been working in a rehab center for youth. It is a secular facility and we are the only evangelical presence. (350 patients)
we use the xochimilco church as the base of operations for church planting. We continue to make plans for the church in san miguel del allende and another in san pedro. The church was involved in a land dispute that cost it the building they were using for services and several other buildings used for work with children and temporary housing. The church won the case in the federal court but at considerable cost. However the cost was small when compared to the value of the property and buildings returned at the conclusion of the federal case.
touch baja is working with the st. Fe church to start a church plant in pueblos magicos in valle de las palmas tijuana. The church plant moved out of the community center onto a rented property then moved to a second rented facility. The church is looking to purchase a location to serve as a more permanent home. The church has a strong foundation and is growing. The are an important part of an isolated community. (100 attendees, 1000-2000 people ministered to)
touch baja assists a home for the elderly with cleaning supplies, food, construction materials and other services. (45 residents)

we continued to reach out in the area of leandro valle however the xochimilco church has taken over much of the work there.
