We did not receive serves paid for. The organization is poorly managed. Payment was required before we were informed that we did not have a complete team needed to compete in tournaments. We always had to find "fill in" players. On 2 occasions the organization failed to pay for our tournaments. One tournament our team was kicked out of, the other, a parent had to put up money in order for our team to play. The manager never offered an apology or thank you to the parent who put up money. The owner continually placed blame on our coach, but our coach did not have control of the money/payment or scheduling, that was done by the owner of the organization. In the fee agreement set by the organization, we paid for at least 10 tournaments and a world series, we only played 7 tournaments and we did not have enough players to compete in a world series. In our experience, this baseball organization is looking to make money and not service the community. It is one of the most expensive baseball organizations in our area and we would advise people to stay clear of Toros baseball.
