They forced old torn up bikes on my children. My children donated a total of three boxes of toys, 8 bikes, a car seat, baby formula, and baby equipment. I had asked if my children could come and receive a refurbished bike since they had donated so much and we needed the help this year. I was told it would not be a problem. When I should up I was only allowed to look at the torn up rusted bikes. My 10 year old asked why he gave his really nice bike away and they were handing out junk? The bikes they gave us were not refurbished in anyway. The seats were torn to shreds and missing pieces. I did not take one toy because I did not need those. We were not being selfish or greedy but we were yelled at in front of my 7 children.
