Mission: Tin man ministries is a coaching, discipling and consulting ministry offering guidance to those on the journey home: home to the god who made them, home to the gifts he gave them, home to their families, home to their passion, and home to their calling. Tin man ministries serves individuals with an emphasis on leaders of churches and ministry non-profits, families and organizations. Tin man accomplishes this by providing educational experiences, leadership intensives, counseling, consulting, coaching, and conferences.
Programs: Miscellaneous:-began building and training a team of mentoring coaches (6 additional coaches) to extend the reach of the organization. -developed and launched tin man ministries web presence. -launched lower 48 tin man adventure ministry. -facilitated small groups and one-on-one face to face ministry meetings.
