Mission: Our mission is to bring comfort, love, and hope to those in need through the miracle of the human-animal bond. Currently UAATA is the only Delta Society affiliate in Utah and follow their rigorous standards. In addition to volunteer team training and support we offer training for healthcare, social service and education professionals to increase knowledge of animal-assisted interaction as an alternative method of achieving predetermined therapeutic goals and as a cost effective means of reaching individuals who may not respond to traditional therapeutic methods.
