My son was diagnosed with PDD (autism) when he was 4 years old. The next 10. Years he attended Westview School which specializes in the education of children ages 2 through middle school. He is now attending college, something I never dared dream about when he was little. Westview saved him and our family! I highly recommend this wonderful school!

When we first moved to the Houston area, we were especially concerned with finding the "right" school for our child with autism, where he would thrive and not stand out for the wrong reasons. The Westview School fit the bill. Their sole focus is on children with autism. The administration and staff, without exception, love our children, and we felt completely confident and comfortable having our son attend the school. They have an excellent teacher-student ratio (in our case, 1 to 4 one year and 1 to 3 the next), allowing for individual attention as necessary. They also provide specialist therapists (speech, occupational) to provide the children with the additional support they may need.
