Mission: The organization's mission is to work with poor and under-served communities as well as other non-profit charitable organizations, social justice grassroots groups, service provides of low-income disadvantaged communities in both urban and rural new york state by providing facilitating, and managing workshops, events, conferences, trainings and retreats in areas such as advocacy skills, leadership development, job training, career development and life skills. The organization seeks to provide assistance not only to disadvantaged members of these communities but to organizations that have been established to represent and help these groups as well.
Programs: The watershed center provides fiscal sponsorship to allow organizations and individuals to raise funds for emerging programs and organizations that are aligned with its mission.
