Causes: Job Training
Mission: The talent board's mission is to improve the experience of employment candidates during the recruiting process. The talnet board gathers reserach through an annual industry award (the candidate expereince awards) process that produces benchmark research
Programs: The third annual candidate experience awards were produced by the talent board with the goal of improving the employment candidate experience. The awards were based on a survey-based evaluation process that included three rounds. One hundred thirty-two corporations applied for the award and more than 46,000 surveys were collected in the process. Sixty-four companies were recognized as winners of the 2013 cande awards for representing a quality candidate engagement.
