professional developmentamong multiple professional development and outreach initiatives, accomplishments include:-strengthening student success conference - approximately 800 professionals learned how to work more strategically for change on their campus and strengthen how they engage with students-the rp conference - with 150 attendees, the rp conference works to develop skills of institutional researchers amongst all 113 california community colleges-summer institute - provided professional development to new community college institutional researchers-student learning outcomes support - disseminated effective practices through various conference sessions-regional research groups- small groups met at multiple points throughout the year to share knowledge on research and planning-leading from the middle academy - several face-to-face professional development forums-designed and developed applied solution kits in a variety of content areas for the institutional effectiveness partnership initiative
