Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: The peoria chamber of commerce shall be the premier civic leader, providing businesses with exceptional resources to facilitate opportunities that foster a prosperous economy, continued growth and a healthy community.
Programs: We provide programs and activities for the chamber members for the purpose of promoting businesses located in the city and servicing the community. We produce an annual business directory and community guide. We also produce a monthly newspaper, hospitality guide and maps every two years. The chamber also has a web site and offers a three page profile for each of its members. We hold four networking meetings each month, a monthly luncheon and breakfast, four different committees, a monthly educational workshop along with ribbon cuttings and other special events.
