Mission: To beautify corvallis, oregon by hanging and maintaining flowering baskets in the downtown core area; to promote and encourage the art of gardening and the study of horticulture; to cooperate with other agencies in these objectives.
Programs: Corvallis flower basket program hung and maintained approximately 250 flowering baskets in the corvallis downtown core area between may 31st and september 30th.
