Mission: The family network, inc. Is dedicated to the charitable work of promoting the social welfare of indigent orphaned and handicapped children by acting as a licensed child placement agency by seeking out foster or adoptive homes and by supervising the same; to make investigational reports and home studies; to obtain funds to assist worthy prospective adopting parties in defraying initial transportation and preliminary overseas adoption fees; to provide counseling to those who are emotionally distressed; and to cooperate with other child placement agencies in promoting the foregoing objectives.
Programs: The organization's primary exempt purpose was achieved by providing adoption andd counseling services. During 2017 the organization provided 200 adoptions. This involved home-study visits (252 total for the year), post placement services and social work.
