Mission: To provide the frederick region with educational opportunities and experiences in the visual arts through classes, exhibits and programs.
Programs: Instructional programs for the public on a variety of arts media. Classes are for all ages and all skill levels. Scholarships are provided for senior citizens, adults with disabilities and economically disadvantaged children and adults.
