Mission: The primary purpose of the community housing trust ('cht') is to provide housing for homeless persons through (i) acquiring or facilitating the acquisition of residential property or (ii) leasing or facilitating the leasing of residential property.
Programs: Residential services: cht owns various apartments and condominiums in northwest washington, for which friendship place, an independent 501(c)(3), provides various services to the clients who live in these units.
