Mission: The california health care safety net institute (sni) is the quality improvement partner of the california association of public hospitals and health systems (caph). We design and direct programs that promote innovative practices among california's public hospitals and public clinics.
Programs: The organization worked with our member public hospital systems to adopt practices that improve care for their patients, who are primarily low-income socioeconomically disadvantaged.
