Mission: The Braddock Carnegie Library Association strives to perpetuate Andrew Carnegie’s original vision of the Library as a “Center of Light and Learning” for the community it serves.
Programs: We provide books, DVDs, video tapes, audio books, and adult and children's Internet-accessible computers. These services are offered at no cost to the public with ownership of a library card.
