Independent living services offer support based on individual needs and enables the participant to successfully maintain themselves in an independent setting in the community.
community employment - the arc of ventura county's community employment services offered 64 individuals the opportunity to explore their vocational interests and employment strengths in various work settings, develop vocational goals and receive job development and placement assistance. Job coaches faciliate the process by which the employee is integrated into the competitive workplace by providing training and support based on the needs of the employee and the employer.
