Mission: Arc of Greater New Orleans is committed to securing for all people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to develop, function, and live to their fullest potential.
Programs: Family Supports Coordination: Help families of young children obtain speech, occupational and physical therapy. Residential Support Services: Assist adults with day-to-day living skills so they can be more independent. Community Integration: We operate five community centers promoting independence, self-reliance, and self-esteem. Employment Services: We assist with job placement, provide job coaching and employ individuals with IDD. Mardi Gras Bead Recycling: We turn beads into jobs by collecting, sorting, and repackaging throws. Transportation: Provides transportation services for jobs, community centers, and social outings.
