AUNF is doing great work for the region. We have sent donations of clothing to the children that they are helping and received photos and videos of the distribution to the children with much gratitude. The displaced children have been missing school and need food to simply survive. Donating to them is truly helpful and we intend to continue.

The person who wrote the first review is not only wrong on the facts but appears to have an ax to grind. I've donated to AUN through its foundation and received a tax deduction. Many others have too. The Foundation is registered in the U.S., which is required by law. The board of directors is comprised of well-known Americans in the field of economic development. Check out the website at www.aunf.org. What Nigeria doesn't need is misinformed malcontents stopping donations intended for vast numbers of children who don't have enough to eat and receive no education. Please join me in helping them by donating generously and often.
Review from Guidestar
American University of Nigeria is not a qualifying organization under IRC 170(C)(2). Donated money is not tax deductible given the organization is not situated in the USA. Don't give to this bogus organization or opportunistic cause. The President who is professing to educate the girls is a dream killer of capable Nigerians who returned home to serve.
