Mission: For the past 19 years, T-CARE has cared for those Texas children and youth who cannot be served by other programs because of serious behavioral and emotional problems resulting from severe abuse and neglect. The programs follow a "no reject, no eject" policy and achieve a very high success rate. When the child does not fit the program, T-CARE changes the program to fit the child.
