Mission: Termite Watkins Charitable Foundation is a 501(C)(3) formed to promote the education of at underprivileged kids in the community to improve needed techniques to promote self-worth, self-esteem, and self-improvement through physical activities with boxing. Fighter Nation a boxing gymnasium is under the umbrella of Termite Watkins Charitable Foundation (TWCF). TWCF’s mission is to reach out to underprivileged and economically disadvantage youth and young adults, trouble youth, individuals referred by the court system for community service, rehabilitation, and re-socialization. TWCF goals are to provide formal physical education and development as an integral part of their learning and betterment as a higher functioning individual in the community and workforce. TWCF also gives need based scholarships to those individual that seek to improve themselves even though they do not have the finances. Since good grades are a part of self-improvement, students are required to competitions. Because of this requirement TWCF provides tutors to individuals who need help improving their grades for school. The main purpose of TWCF is to bring hope to individuals. Maurice “Termite” Watkins is the Founder and President of TWCF and the head Coach for Fighter Nation. Beverly Hollis is the Vice President of TWCF and Gym Manager and Coach for Fighter Nation.
