Mission: Improve the retention, graduation and employment rate for men of color through the implementation of a Road Map to Success during the school year. This is accomplished by helping men of color connect THE WHY (goals based on academic success) and THE HOW (tools needed for academic success) to SUCCESSFUL OUTCOMES (education return on investment) via a personal goal tracker, personal coaching and a success curriculum.
